3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice and is subject to availability. To reschedule, contact us promptly. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to show will be charged for the full amount of the service.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our services. However, we reserve the right to modify treatments, pricing, and availability at any time without notice.

5. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services for health or safety reasons.
