Refund and Rescheduling Policy

At Earth & Needle, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to support your wellness goals. Please review our policy below:

Booking Deposits
Earth & Needle reserves the right to request a 50% deposit for services, at their discretion.

Refund Policy
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Once paid, fees will not be returned or credited.

No-Show Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours and/or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.

Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may not be accommodated.
